Adam Nager began his career in 2001 working in Orlando within the recruiting space. During his tenure there, Adam focused his efforts on executive management and technical recruiting. In 2008 Adam formed a healthcare company, Quest National Services, focusing his time on working with medical practices throughout the United States. Since then, Adam has continued to grow Quest National Services and has expanded to start or acquire 6 additional businesses. In 2018, Adam met his wife, Junna, and he quickly realized an opportunity with Junna within the Philippines to support the local community while bringing much needed expertise to medical practices within the US. They started Virtual Ventures in 2020 together. In his free time, Adam enjoys boating, travel, and spending time with his family.
Bryan is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the BPO industry. He has spent 12 years managing team members in a healthcare account. With Optum, he leads his team focusing on clients, pharmacy services and providers. His extensive experience with financial firms in Australia has strengthened his role as an Operations Manager, showcasing his ability to scope and scale businesses effectively. Born and raised in Cebu, Bryan enjoys playing tennis and basketball. He cherishes spending his free time with his wife and beautiful daughter.
Lea, bring over a decade of experiences in Accounting and Bookkeeping to the table, driven by passion for numbers and desire to help businesses thrive financially. She has a privilege of working a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to a large corporations, helping them manage their financial records with precision and efficiency. She honed her skills in various areas including financial reporting, payroll management, tax preparation and budgeting. Lea, pride herself on attention to detail and the ability to analyze financial data, which allows her to provide valuable insights and contribute to strategic decision-making. These formative years has also shaped her approach and instilled in a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Outside her work, she enjoys going to the beaches, travelling and hiking while collecting memories with the family.
I spent decades of my professional career working in executive support and people management. Gathered solid professional experiences through working at various industries and small to medium-sized corporations both locally and overseas. Though my career as a Human Resource professional started unexpectedly, it turned out to be one of those worthy unplanned decisions we take once or twice during our adult life and it’s been 20+ years since. I learned to appreciate the beauty of working in Human Resources because so many opportunities opened for me to help people, be an integral part in shaping the company culture and make a difference in the lives of the people I work with. Working in HR can be at times hard and challenging but it is immensely rewarding because the primary duty is doing one’s best to support the company’s bigger asset – the people. It is a never-ending collection of new experiences, easy and hard-earned lessons and bittersweet realizations that only those who are willing to open up themselves will definitely win. When not working, you can find me reading or spending time with my daughter baking, cooking and watching movies.
